Tesco Leaders at NASSCOM Product Conclave 2018

Bangalore, November 19, 2018: Tesco Bengaluru with an aim to showcase thought leadership and inspire the best talent to join the organization, became gold sponsors for recently concluded NASSCOM Product Conclave 2018 in Bengaluru. Mr. Sean O’Neill, Director, Technology Product and Data, Tesco in Bengaluru, was invited as the keynote speaker and spoke about the exciting prospects, challenges and opportunities in ‘Building Products that Win: Lessons Learned from the World’s Largest and Smallest retailers.

An industry veteran, Sean has spent the past 20 years at the intersection of commerce, consumer behaviour, and data-driven feedback loops. He joined Tesco in 2014 and is the Product Director for Tesco’s global platforms, covering customer discovery & transaction services, data & analytics, fulfilment systems, and store customer & colleague experiences.

Additionally there were several other spokespersons from the leadership team of Tesco Bengaluru who participated in the conclave and shared their thoughts on the platform. Mr. Shiva Chinnasamy, Director - Engineering (Product & Discovery), Tesco Technology was a panelist at the CXO Round Table joining several industry leaders to discuss recent technological trends in the industry.

Mr. Shiva Chinnaswamy was also joined by Tesco leaders, Karandeep Singh - Director, Finance Operations, Hemanth Kota - Head of Product, Tesco Technology, Sanjay Bhasin - Head of Product, Product Management – Tesco Technology and Rishi Sharma - Head of Software Development, IT Services  as mentors at the NIPP Enterprise Konnect Session 2 to share experiences with entrepreneurs from B2B enterprise start-ups companies.
