  • 1.How has your journey been so far at Tesco?

    The journey has been wonderful and challenging. One thing that I love the most about Tesco is its collaborative culture which provides an excellent opportunity for me to work with various stakeholders and learn from them. It’s the challenge and excitement that motivates me every day.

    2.Which is your most memorable moment in your journey?

    When I got promoted as a Senior Officer and got a bigger responsibility to manage new clients and critical projects.

    3.What keeps you motivated always?

    No matter what you do, always give your best. This is my principle in life and I follow this even at my workplace. My motivation is to learn from people because each and every individual can help you to learn something.

    4.What are the different factors that helped your professional development?

    Talking to various people, managing various clients, delivering critical projects, understanding business problems and bringing innovative solutions, etc. all these experiences build my career at Tesco.

  • 1. How has your journey been so far at Tesco?

    It is a roller-coaster ride so far. Everyday morning I woke up and come to office to learn new things, explore new opportunities and talking to new people. I feel every day is a learning for me at office and at home as well.

    2. Which is your most memorable moment in your journey?

    Nothing special that I can think of. However, working with my team every day is the special moment for me. My team is extremely energetic. All the members are fun loving, talented and enthusiastic. My team makes my day great on a daily basis.

    3. What keeps you motivated always?

    My people keeps me motivated always. I am a people person. In my role, it is all about talking, handling people, taking interviews, manage project timelines, and seek for new challenges. It was all about learning new things, taking people along, and grooming them.

    4. What are the different factors that helped your professional development?

    My different roles from an Officer to Team Lead, taught me many things specially understanding people, understand each individual and their needs. All these helped me gaining confidence as a people leader and helped to explore and learn new leadership skills. I feel, on the job learnings are best learnings that will stay with you forever and it will help you to grow as a professional.
