We are continuously innovating our learning and development solutions to make something that matters to our colleagues more. We combine traditional training with online and app-based learning. Most recently, we launched Frameworks for our technology and finance business respectively. The Skills Framework for finance and Career Framework for technology allows our colleagues to easily see the available career paths as well as skills along with the detailed technical skills needed to excel in roles that they desire.
This gives our colleagues an opportunity to rate themselves against any of the roles in the framework and analyse the suitability for the desired role along with the development needs in order to work towards it. These frameworks are designed in a manner that they enable colleagues to reflect on areas in which they are strong, and to help identify the areas to develop in order to allow colleagues to create the most effective Personal Development Plan. Most importantly, these frameworks have been designed keeping industry skills benchmarking in mind.
